Terms of Service

1. Who we are
RizeStack designs, builds and hosts websites - including online booking systems, AI booking assistants and payment processing - for independent and local businesses. These terms apply whenever you purchase or use a RizeStack website.
2. Placing an order
An order is confirmed once your checkout is completed. Straight after that you'll be asked to submit your business details, the pages and features you want, and your branding, logo and images - your website is built from what you provide, so the accuracy and completeness of that information affects the finished result.
3. Pricing and payment
There is no upfront website setup fee. Hosting, your domain name, ongoing maintenance and, where applicable, the online booking system and AI booking assistant are covered by a recurring fee of £20 per month, billed automatically from the point you approve your site until cancelled. All payments are processed securely by Stripe - we never see or store your full card details.
4. Turnaround and delivery
Our expected turnaround is 5-7 working days from when you submit your business information and assets, though this can vary depending on how complete and quickly that information is provided. Before anything goes live, you'll be shown the finished site for review and sign-off.
5. Revisions
If the finished site isn't quite right, tell us what needs adjusting and we'll make it right as part of getting your site ready to launch. This covers reasonable changes to bring the site in line with what you originally requested, not an open-ended redesign.
6. Cancellations and refunds
There's no setup fee to refund - you only pay once you've approved your finished website. The monthly hosting & maintenance fee can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future billing but does not refund any month already paid for, and your site is taken offline once the current paid period ends. 7. Website content and ownership
You retain ownership of the content you provide us - your logo, photos, business description and branding. Once your site has launched and is fully paid for, the website itself is yours to use for as long as you remain a hosting customer. RizeStack retains the underlying platform, design system and code powering the booking system, AI assistant and dashboard.
8. Hosting, uptime and maintenance
Your monthly fee covers hosting, your domain name, routine maintenance and minor changes to your live site. We aim to keep your site online and performing well, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and occasional downtime for maintenance or circumstances outside our control (such as third-party outages) can occur.
9. Acceptable use
Your website must be used for lawful purposes. You may not use it to host illegal content, mislead customers, or process payments for goods or services you're not entitled to sell. We reserve the right to suspend a site that breaches this.
10. Payments to you via the booking system
Where your website accepts customer payments, those payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms of service, and Stripe's own standard processing fee applies to each transaction, deducted automatically by Stripe - this is Stripe's fee, not RizeStack's, and applies regardless of any RizeStack platform fee. There is currently no separate RizeStack platform fee on these payments; if one is introduced in future, it will only apply to websites built after that point, not to sites already live on RizeStack. RizeStack is not a party to the transaction between you and your customer and is not responsible for chargebacks, disputes or Stripe account decisions.
11. Limitation of liability
RizeStack is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost bookings or revenue, arising from use of your website, hosting, or the booking and payment features. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes to our service. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of your RizeStack website after an update means you accept the revised terms.
