Clear answers, before you commit
Everything you need to know before getting started.
A description of your business, your contact details, the pages you'd like, your brand colours or style preferences, and your logo or any photos you'd like used. You'll be guided through providing all of this in a short form as part of free onboarding - no payment required to get started.
Only once you've seen your finished website and approved it. Onboarding is free, we build your real site (not a mock-up), you get a free preview, and you can request as many changes as you need - all before any payment happens. There's no upfront setup fee - your £20/month hosting only starts once you approve the site, securely via Stripe.
Typical turnaround is 5-7 working days from when you submit your business information and assets, though this can vary depending on how much detail you provide and how quickly you respond to any questions.
A domain name is your website's address on the internet - for example, yourbusiness.co.uk - it's what customers type into their browser, or find via a Google search, to reach your site. Every website needs one to be reachable online. Your domain name is included as part of your £20/month hosting & maintenance fee, and we handle sourcing and configuring it for you - there's nothing technical for you to set up yourself.
Yes - your website is built for your business and is yours to use for as long as you'd like. Every website needs hosting to stay live on the internet, and your £20/month hosting & maintenance fee covers exactly that - along with your domain name, routine maintenance and ongoing support - all handled for you in one place, rather than you having to manage several separate providers yourself.
Yes. Minor changes (text updates, swapping images, updating opening hours or contact details) are included in your monthly hosting fee. Larger changes or new features can be scoped and quoted separately.
Yes. Tell us about your existing site during onboarding and we'll use it as a reference point when building your new one.
Yes - whatever fits your business. If you take appointments or reservations, a full booking system is built into your site and dashboard. If you quote for jobs, customers can send you quote requests. If you sell products, you get an online shop that takes orders and shows them in your dashboard. All as standard, at no extra charge.
If you take appointments, bookings, quotes or sell products, the AI assistant is embedded directly on your website as a chat widget your visitors can talk to. For example, it can answer questions about your services and opening hours, check your real-time availability, and book a visitor straight into a free slot if one exists - all without you having to do anything. It's available any time, including outside your normal opening hours. Like your booking system, it's included as part of your £20/month hosting & maintenance - no extra cost, and no upfront setup fee.
Yes. All payments - both your own subscription and any payments your customers make through your site - are processed securely by Stripe. Card details are never handled directly by RizeStack.
No - there's currently no RizeStack fee on payments your customers make to you through your website's booking system; you just pay Stripe's own standard processing fee, the same as any business taking card payments. If we ever introduce a small platform fee in the future, it will only apply to new websites built after that point - if you're already on RizeStack, your site won't start being charged it.
Yes, every site is built to be fully responsive, so it displays properly on phones, tablets and desktops.
Hosting is billed monthly with no long-term contract. Get in touch if you'd like to cancel and we'll talk you through what that means for your site.
Request changes for free, as many times as you need, before you approve it - most concerns are sorted well before launch this way. Because you only pay once you approve the site, there's nothing to refund if you decide it's not right: you simply haven't paid anything yet.
Yes. Once your site is live, you get your own RizeStack dashboard login to manage your bookings, quote requests, orders, enquiries, customers and payments - with the tools matched to your type of business, from any device.
