Is there really no setup cost?
Yes. Website design and build is £0 upfront, as scoped in your onboarding form. There are no hidden setup fees.
What happens if I stop paying the £20/month?
The £20/month covers hosting, so your site needs an active subscription to stay online. If you'd like to cancel, get in touch and we'll talk you through it.
What counts as a 'minor change'?
Text updates, swapping an image, updating opening hours or contact details - the kind of small change most businesses need from time to time. Larger redesigns or new features are scoped and quoted separately.
Do I need to sign a long contract?
No. Hosting is billed monthly with no fixed-term contract.
Are booking, quotes, orders and the AI assistant extra?
No - the booking, quote request or online shop tools that fit your business, plus the AI assistant, are included in your £20/month hosting, not sold as a separate add-on.
Is there any other fee I should know about?
No - there's currently no RizeStack fee on payments your customers make to you through your website's booking system or online shop, just Stripe's own standard processing fee. If a small platform fee is introduced in future, it will only apply to new websites built after that point, not to sites already on RizeStack.
