Onboarding is free, we build your real site (not a mock-up), you get a free preview, and you can request as many changes as you need - all before any payment happens. There's no upfront setup fee - your £20/month hosting only starts once you approve the site, securely via Stripe.

Typical turnaround is 5-7 working days from when you submit your business information and assets, though this can vary depending on how much detail you provide and how quickly you respond to any questions.

Request changes for free, as many times as you need, before you approve it - most concerns are sorted well before launch this way. Because you only pay once you approve the site, there's nothing to refund if you decide it's not right: you simply haven't paid anything yet.

Yes - whatever fits your business. If you take appointments or reservations, a full booking system is built into your site and dashboard. If you quote for jobs, customers can send you quote requests.
